Learning is fun!!
I'm really enjoying being a third time parent. I thought I'd seen and done it all, with the other two but Number 3, just keeps on suprising me! After 2 kids, one who was really hard work, who didn't sleep, was super clingy and had a milk allergy, how have I not experienced it all!?!
This one is so different to the other two. She eats everything in sight, she laughs at everything, she's happy, she sleeps and she poops. My god, does she poop. I haven't found a nappy, that will contain her explosions and I've lost count of the amount of clothes I've thrown away!!
I never experienced this with the others. One suffered horrendous constipation and was producing one massive log, once a week/fortnight and the other, once we have the CMPA under control, went on schedule and it stank, so bad, that we knew immediately when she had gone.
Number 3, is a poop monster! I thought it may slow down with weaning but it's a worse! How can three kids, with the same parents and upbringing be so different!?!
Number 3 is so much easier but she's still throwing me curve balls!!! I'm still finding myself wondering, what the hell, do I do?!? I figured this time round, I'd be prepared for everything and be like ah, this again! But nope! Everyday is a learning day!!
I wonder if there will ever be a day, where I'm prepared for every thing. I'm gonna assume, no.
Parenting is like a rollercoster . Once your on, you aren't getting off and you have to deal with every turn and bump and loop and twist, it throws at you.
